Speech Language Pathology
Speech Language Pathologists are health care professionals who focus on improving communication through the treatment of various speech, language, and cognitive deficits. Our therapists also specialize in assessing and treating swallowing disorders which place individuals at risk for adverse reactions such as choking, malnutrition, or pneumonia. Some commonly treated areas include (but are not limited to):
- Speech and communication impairments (stuttering, aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria)
